TRINITY WALL STREET AWARDS $200,000 GRANT FOR NYC SMALL BUSINESSES BELOW 14TH STREET

Trinity Church Wall Street grants $200,000 to CitizensNYC to support neighborhood businesses below 14th Street via CitizensNYC Neighborhood Business Grant (NBG) program

Trinity Church Wall Street, an inclusive Episcopal parish in Lower Manhattan awarded CitizensNYC a $200,000 grant to support neighborhood businesses located below 14th Street via our Neighborhood Business Grant (NBG) program.

Trinity Church's generous grant will help keep downtown Manhattan neighborhood businesses afloat and doors open, and support leadership development and network building of our local business leaders.

Along with its generous grants program which funds work to advance racial justice and affordable housing, Trinity Church Wall Street supports programming and deep community involvement in its own neighborhood of Lower Manhattan.

CitizensNYC grantees have access to our vast network of like-minded community leaders, to move their ideas into action, make new paths and create opportunities for a better future for us all.

For over 47 years, CitizensNYC has awarded micro-grants for community building projects, partnering with private foundations, corporate sponsors, and individuals to help New Yorkers—especially those in low-income areas—come together, improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods, and keep business doors open.

We are grateful for the generous support of Trinity Church Wall Street and its membership across the five boroughs for partnering with CitizensNYC as we deploy resources in support of our neighborhood businesses.
