From the South Bronx to East New York to Stapleton, CitizensNYC’s network of hyper-local and neighborhood-based leaders operate in every corner of the city, stepping up in ways large and small to improve local quality of life.
Thanks to generous grant support from Amazon, CitizensNYC has created a new Holiday Giving Fund designed for neighborhood-based leaders who have ideas for supporting their communities this holiday season. The Holiday Giving Fund will provide grants of $2,000 to community leaders addressing food insecurity and helping families with gifts, clothes, and support – just in time for the holidays. This year’s program is open to our network of 2024 Community Leaders Grant partners, and we hope to expand it in future years.
