Jeff has advised creditors, postpetition lenders and sponsors in a number of high-profile matters. He also has broad experience advising companies and key stakeholders in restructurings in- and out-of-court across a wide variety of industries, including Digital Currency Group in connection with the restructurings of Genesis Global Capital and Three Arrows Capital, an ad hoc group of secured noteholders in connection with 99 Cents Only Stores chapter 11 cases, AIG in connection with AIG Financial Products’ chapter 11 case, prepetition secured lenders in connection with Clovis Oncology’s chapter 11, Petra Diamonds, McGraw Hill, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company, School Specialty, Buffets Restaurants Holdings, Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings and Samsonite Corporation.
